RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Domanda Design is a print on demand company. All items are unique and made to order. Since we do not carry inventory, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, we do offer a replacement free of charge if the item was received with a visible quality defect upon arrival.

To be eligible for a replacement, one of the following must be true:

  • Products have off-quality printing.
  • Products arrived damaged or broken.
  • A different product was delivered than what was ordered.

Unfortunately, we do not offer replacements for the following reasons:

  • You chose the wrong product.
  • You chose the wrong color or size.
  • You are having buyers’ remorse.

To make a claim:

Within 10 days of delivery, take a photo of the defective area and send with your order number and contact information to: Returns@domandadesign.com
We will review and process your information within 48 hours.
 
Since we do not carry inventory, there is no need to return the product to us. Please feel free to donate or recycle your defective item.
