Each year, Earth Day is celebrated on April 22nd in the United States and worldwide. This year’s Earth Day theme is Invest in Our Planet. But what does this mean and how can we get involved? What is Earth Day and Why Does it Matter?
Earth Day is an American holiday now celebrated world-wide annually on April 22nd. Started in 1970 by Senator Gaylord Nelson, Earth Day has helped draw attention to the importance of caring for our planet. It has helped lead to the creation of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and other environmental laws in the United States. Earth Day is an important day that asks us to consider the impact we have on our planet and encourages everyone to make conscious eco-friendly choices in our day to day lives.
How On-Demand Manufacturing is Eco-Friendly

In many traditional manufacturing models overproduction of products does not account for shifts in consumer interests or trends and, as a result, a lot of product ends up in landfills.
